French talks about translating the action shooter to the Wii platform

Scarface: The World is Yours has been released on the PC, PS2 and Xbox, and now the game based on the classic Al Pacino film will be heading for the Wii console platform. But porting a title from platforms with, basically, static control systems to a system with a vibrant and interactive control scheme can open up more opportunities for the development team to have more fun.

Scarface provided exactly that, both in terms of challenge and entertainment value.

Sierra recently was showing the title at the Sierra Spring Event, a media invitational function in San Francisco (held April 10), and GameZone was on hand to get a look at the game on the Wii. Also afforded the opportunity for a video interview with production associate Ryan French, we jumped at that chance and got right down to what makes the game so exciting to play with the Wii control system.
